My typing seems to bother my wife when she is sleeping so I need a quiet keyboard. Would like a quiet mouse too.

Preferably these would be wireless but could live with the cords if need be.

I have looked at several on the Internet but the searches don't come up with a lot. One thing that does seem to come up with a lot is gaming keyboards and I don't need that.

    Suggestions?

Haven't used anything but a laptop for several years, but I use a wireless mouse all the time. Inexpensive Logitech for about $14 at the Wally. Just got one for the wife.
If you prefer a larger mouse, they make those as well. I really don't care for the roller ball versions.
I thought you had a laptop? Ours are very quiet.

Are you in the same room as the ornery one while typing?

I guess that woman is renowned for her fingernails.
    Who knew? And, why?
I have so many questions about how these folks do uh.......anything with nails that long.
Take :seasoned:as an example. Or, :rootintootin:. How would they pull the trigger?

Have both desktop and laptop. I still find typing easier when using the desktop. But with the right keyboard I could use it on either.

Head to your local big box store the next time you're in the big city and give the keyboards a try. Or, try searching for some quiet.keyboard reviews and try them out via amazon?

You could try running a fan, white noise kinda' thing. My wife always has a fan on low while napping/ sleeping. Drowns out all the background noise the dogs or I make.
