3 pound St. Louis style spare ribs. Coated with yellow mustard and I used sugarfire rub with a little extra paprika. Smoked with pecan and apple.
These are 1lb hot sausage mixed with 1lb beef,onion powder,sugar. I used about half of the 2lb for these 6 getting a hickory bath soon,the other half I'm gonna,make smaller balls and dredge them then deep fry,pics later.
What’s on the grill today? SNOW! Lots of snow, and more falling. I think I am going to cook indoors this weekend.
