Yes, 3-5" possible. I'll be shocked if we get 1" though....lol

We received a chit pile of rain the other day ahead of the cold front. It seems that's the pattern here anymore in winter. Warms up, huge rains, then deep freeze with clear skies for a week or so. Repeat.

It sounds like a good combo, we're just burning down some Oak coals. We have another cold night before things get warmer , -14.

We always seem to get the big rains in the winter too, every time we plan on getting the sleds out we get some nasty weather, first was the real bad cold snap and then the rains. Tuesday might be the day I get them off the trailer.

It's -7 heading to -10 tonight so we have some coals burning down in the Liberty and the Yankee pellet stove going in the basement, it's 84 in the basement and 73 up here.

NOAA has a low temp for us at -20 tonight but that comes out of an airport almost 40 miles north of us and Accuweather has a low for us at -11 but we're at -10 already.

When we get up in the morning we'll have the answer.

NOAA had a low temp for us at 3 last night and it went to -7
Mine comes from the airport 3 miles away so most of the time pretty accurate

It looks like more rain coming in, we'll get the sleds off the trailer tomorrow even though it's coming in.

We have a temp of 14 with it trending up, I'll let the coals burn down in the wood stove and set the pellet stove at 76 so I can take the ashes in the wood stove out tomorrow morning.

17 now, they changed the low from 12 to 17, sounds good to me, we will see.
Got a little bit of snow, not much, But was not happy when I came out of Wally World and had to clean the truck off again.

We had 16 this morning with the temps at rising to 24. I cleaned some of the ashes out of the wood stove this morning and started a fire.

We burned a bag of pellets overnight so we'll give that a rest until I clean the inside later this afternoon.

We're at 19 with NOAA saying we'll have a low of 15,Accuweather saying we'll have a low of 13 and the Weather Channel saying we'll have a low of 11.

The Liberty has four splits of Sugar Maple and four of Oak so things should be nice and warm tomorrow morning.
