We have -10 with whatever the wind chills are. I did shut the pellet stove off last night when the basement temp hit 88 but I did do an overnight load in the Liberty. The basement was at 72 this morning with the temp up here at 67. Both stoves are going this morning.
It's not that cold, our good friends from Canada hit the Rideau Canal Skateway. RideauCanalSkateway (@NCC_Skateway) | Twitter
We finally decide we would go for a ride (dog went too) it was nasty out but the eight mile ride was nice. When we came back I took the ashes out from the wood & pellet stove so we're set in that department. Since the battery is the original from 2007 in the Rhino, I took that out to run the trails around the house. Tonight NOAA is calling for wind chills off -39 with wind chills on Saturday at -41, both wind chill temps would be the lows.
Pembroke, ON - 7 Day Forecast - Environment Canada BABY..................it's cold outside !!!!!!!!!!!
If the January 11 forecast comes true, it will be a mess around here. They're calling for a temp of 44 during the day (rain) and 19 at night with 0.73 inches of ice, the ice forecast will change and hopefully the rain does too.
