I'll bet with your stove, you can raise the freezing temperature of hell.

I wonder if Harman has ever tested a P61 or 68 at the max feed and heat settings. I wouldn't want to be anywhere near one running that hot.

I'm afraid of mine these days too, man she's running hot. Just imagine I used to push the Accentra back in the Fahrenheitless days.
We say the Maple Leafs are gonna win the Stanley Cup when hell freezes over:eek:

X2. When I have mine set at feed rate 4 and it hits max heat demand, it seriously gets downright scary. I can’t imagine what would happen at max feed rate! Not willing to test it either!

I've had mine at a feed rate of 4.5 and a heat level of 5 and I was nervous as hell. It was almost too hot to adjust the control panel.

They do get hot perhaps I am not so affected by it because of heating with monster wood stoves most of my life prior to the pellet stove. It does radiate heat quite a bit but does not Melt and works perfectly, I believe this is where the quality of a Harman truly shines they are exceptionally well built stoves and can be run near their capacity well for at least 2 seasons so far(my experience). In the past week before today it has not gone above single digits for highs and in the negative every night the P68 has been running hard keeping the old house warm along with the P43 in the cellar. While it sucks and is expensive I will be the official tester for the durability of the Harman P68 and P43 each year I try to get more work done to the house but its a slow process so the Harman's will be getting tested for a while.
I have run it at max settings(some serious flame throwing on the P68) to see what it will do but during the cold spell I have run it at constant burn feed rate of 5 to 5 1/2 and 6 for heat setting overnight(almost this entire week), during the day when its warmer set it on room temp mode and let it do its thing which some times to get back to temp it will run wide open for a while.

If all you Harman owners ran your stoves full-out for 5 minutes, it should raise the temperature of the Earth by 1 degree.

    Hint, hint..

In 5 minutes. So after 3 hours it might be above freezing here? How many pellets will this take? Should we start a go fund me?

He'll even sign it, that will cost a cool 75k.

It should only take (1) bag of pellets. Any funding would be for favorite Beverages only. :drunk:

Update: It hit 38F here today. ... Please turn your stoves back down.
