    Back in October (I think) I picked up a ton of FSU's from HD for $249.
    Last week I picked up a ton of Hammers for $300.
    Had 240.5 Gallons of HHO delivered today cost me $2.43 a gallon came to $584.41
    So,
    $249+$300+584.41 = $1133.41 (Frigging Ouch!!!)

    Suck part is I could have bought HHO at $2.01 a gallon back in August. Would have saved me $101.01. But noooo I had to time the market. (Kept telling myself price was going down, Not!!)

    I needed HHO because I was tired of doing the 5Gallons at a time Road diesel re-fills.

    Good news is that the HHO will last me about 5 years if I continue to burn pellets. and use the HHO as backup.

    Did the HHO come with a treatment to last that long? Have you burned all of those pellets? Seems that while you’ve spent $1000, not all of that has gone up the chimney yet... seems that you’re just nailing down some of the costs while you can...

    I got 150 gallons at $1.889 back in August.. should have filled the tank... live and learn...

    $ 585 / 60 mos. = $ 9.75 / mo = The cost of one Happy Meal @ Mickey D's. :thumbs:

    :jaw: .. Staying Warm is Priceless. :D

    Seems like some coin Nailer, but that's about the going rate for one Emergency Fuel delivery and a plumber Service call for frozen pipe thaw here.. Don't even want to think about what a burst pipe call would cost. :picard:

    Well done! Stay warm Nailer! :dex:

    $1000 is what I spend an entire year for heating. All pellet fuel and zero oil.

    Can only wish I was only spending $1000 a year on fuel Heck before I started burning firewood and toasting pellets I was spending $1200 a month on oil. Twas a cold winter something like we are experiencing now, what drove me to go out and find a big burley 1980's wood stove and dig out my 262 XP. Now not en0ugh time to help all the people whom say "hey I hear you know how to cut down trees" and hoarding all the wood I could want soooo Pellets it is now just can't get away from WOOD heat.
