Not a Union requirement, needed to keep the cats going where you want them to go or else you are the one being herded. You have to understand how cats work.

I ain't going to ask, next door had a BOT patched up after a fight with a 'yote and it was costly.

ETA: For those that don't know a BOT is a big orange thing or a big orange tom since 80% of orange cats are male.

With UPS, they have been changing drivers a lot. We had a regular guy, he was good with the dogs, but now we get different faces. Our postal delivery lady stopped working for the post office. There is a temporary worker and other alternates working this rout. There is no consistency to time of day for deliveries. When Amazon gave the contract to USPS, our service got erratic. I don't think this post office is staffed up or organized right to accommodate the shift in delivery demand. I have to tell you, I wouldn't want their jobs. Esp. the UPS drivers. They get out of their trucks like their butts were on fire. Rush Rush Rush. Then the postal people have to deal with the mail boxes all bent and buried by the snow plow. they now drive those crackerbox postal trucks that look like they are nothing more than big golf carts. ugh. Our roads are hell in the winter. Our winters last a long time.

Had a similar type experience a few years ago at Town Faire Tire. Wife brought the Elantra in to have the snow tires mounted. She said she thought it felt funny on way home. I drove it, front wheels wobbled like crazy. Took it back the next day after noticing each wheel had 2 huge weights next to each other. An hour later mgr comes out says I'm all set, hands me the keys, no explanation, no "sorry you had to come back". No charge fortunately. Checked the wheels and now they had different weights in different places. Poorly trained techs? Poor management/overseeing of techs? Have never been back.

I saw that Ch9 report as well. When the Rymes guy said "one of our drivers worked 22 hrs straight" I made a note to be very aware if I saw one of their trucks. Oil truck into the Corrola makes for a bad day.

It is a revolving something around here our long time delivery lady used to come into the yard year round we keep it cleaned out. It is the young bunch that can't handle things.
