winter sure has set in this year. I thought the long range predictions didn't have this deep cold and snow levels by now. Here is my son and grandchildren on the back lawn.

It's minus 12 heading down to minus 16 tonight with the lowest windchill reading of minus 26. I turned the pellet stove on about an hour ago while the wood stove burns some coals down before the overnight burn.
And tonight is supposed to be colder. A guy I know was out for a few minutes blowing bubbles that don't pop so easily!

It's -9 heading to -19 with a windchill of -31. It looks like the same kind of weather will stay with us this week except for a few days. We have all Beech going tonight with the pellet stove going in the other corner. If it's not real bad out tomorrow we'll put in more Beech.
