CANYON'S BACK!! Picked up my truck after 9 days with that blasted Nissan. Instead of returning the rental (and I have to say I was nervous about that due to the cosmetic surgery I had performed) to Enterprise directly and undergoing that scrutiny I went directly to the auto body shop. There she was---all fixed and gleaming! Inside I paid my deductible and when I said I had to return the rental I was told to leave it right where it was that they would take care of everything. The receptionist made a call to Enterprise and what I thought would be an interrogation turned into a 50 dollar refund and no questions asked! Then they revealed that they painted both doors! in order to blend the color properly---no more paint chips checkering the lower door areas! My jaw dropped then I was given a free sweatshirt and as I turned from that shocker I was offered a handful of chocolates! These people rock! Most importantly is there is a bright shiny pickup back in my drive! I need advise if you've made it this far through my story---what mud flaps do I immediately buy to protect my beauty? (the truck's, ok?)
Afraid 2' of snow has slowed things down here Had the day off and spent it nursing my fire.....I love it. Bunkered down could have other interests I dream about....
You might as well join the others.... I'm dreaming of a ___________over the holidaze......I sure am.....
We had our family Irish/Italian Christmas party in the banquet room. I have to say, the food is getting to be sort of meh lately.
