Right where I want to be.
Accuweather says -1, the car says -5.....I'm so conflicted.
    Bottom line, it's chilly.

We'll see down to -40°F overnight potentially with the wind.

High was 4 the last couple days, luckily I had a good amount of wood in the inlaws shed to split, and stack and a little to buck. Still had a hard time keeping my hands warm! I never would have made it outside. Only burned 1/2 tank in my 441. Oh well there's plenty to fall next time we are at the farm.

The Kids didn't get out of the house for 2days straight!

We already hit minus 13, I'm not sure what the windchill is.

I shut the pellet stove off (basement temp was 77) and started an overnight fire with Beech and Oak which took it to 80 real quick.

The temp up here in the living room is 72 and the sleeper is 69.

This morning we had air temp of -20° & wind chill around -35°. Lucky me at 5 am chopping through the ice on the stock tank so the cattle and horses could get to water. Wondering/dreading how bad will my fingers sting after grabbing the chunks of floating ice out of the drink holes and get walked back to the house. ??How can warm water hurt so bad on frozen fingers yet feel good at the same time as I appreciate the warm of the house as I try to regain movements in my hands:shiver::fire:??

Btdt. It will pass. Tho it's been a very warm winter for us this year. It is only half way done. Depending on when spring gets here. I've seen nearly 30 below ambient in April. .
If ya dress and eat for the cold it gets a lot easier.
