    Just like a pocket knife. The 17 degree fillet knife will cut easy and not last long hitting bone. Field knife at 25/30 will be more durable but require more effort. What do you use to sharpen your blades Tom?

    All this simple, chain filing is complicated. In the previous pages, seeing the chips, I am trying to learn. Apparently not all that well. Lot of art and science in these chains. But its coming together.
