We can’t touch a used 261c around Buffalo for less than $450 ... seems everyone on c/l is in the horse trading business and wants top $$$ for product that looks beat-to hell !

I would say the 241c or the 261c “Wood” do you nicely !!!

I have found the opposite in my experience ... a square square picco leaves a .325 in the dust ; plus it lasts a LOT longer between sharpenings ... your mileage may vary !

try it in a real life work not on a cant stand or a log holder and see how the dirt is on the chain

Cool so that means every timber faller out there can dump their 661 or 395 in the garbage and run a 241 with a 32 inch bar.l:rofl: :rofl:

I run a 12” with that saw and it strictly for racing ... I have a 395xp and I wouldn’t get rid of it for nothing ! You must be thinking of “Plitz hot sauce “ I have no affiliation with him in any way shape or form

14” and under wood I’ll take the 241c all day over a 661 or a 395 ... you gotta be a strong-like-bull man to run either of those for 8hrs of production- cutting ! Most “men” are wore out after about 1 hr of 90+ cc action ... the 241c weighs 9.9 pounds (technically lighter as its ported and muffler modded hee-hee) and I can run it ALL-DAY LONG !!! Lol
