3 more bags filled, now all that's left worth talking about is to clean up some shattered dishes and make sure somethings around them so as not to tear the bag up too bad. (A load or 2 of bulk trash remains, but that's not too bad) A nice end to a beautiful evening.

My wife dug a ham bone out of the freezer the other day and we now are enjoying some pea soup. Makes for a good supper in the winter.

Morning hoarders blanket of white outside wood stove, pellet stove and coffee going! BRRR:shiver:

Today’s plan pull gas line through the conduit to the garage get both ends hooked up and pressure tested. After that it’s wiring and firing it up to test it!

Got that conduit buried just in time for winter to hit!!!

Up with my mom before she takes off to visit more friends in SE Wisconsin.
It was nice having a helper to help me with moving firewood.

5" of snow here this monin. Just finished the first Jeep plowin where I dint furrow up the entire lawn... :picard:... plowed a larger area to start the season this time, so I'd have enough room for the pile up. That will surely mean we'll either get no snow... or... I won't be pushin' banks back if we get hammered... :dex:

A heated cab sure is appreciated more each year too, btw...

We usually get "hot water rains" right in the middle of winter here. Turns all of the snow into concrete within a few days. I usually do some ice dancing gravity tests during the freeze up... :headbang:

Yes! Plowing without heat is almost as bad as shoveling. Almost.
Good move making room for the piles later in the season. I don't know how many people I've had to move piles for cuz they can't seem to think ahead like you did. They just push it off the drive and chit the bed when they can't stack it any higher and can't move the pile cuz it's frozen solid.

I'm a big fan of pea soup. I add a little heavy cream and a few drops of liquid smoke for added flavor. I like shredded ham versus cut/cubed ham in it.

Last year's snow dump caught me by surprise. I spent 2 days moving piles back... NOT in a heated cab... :zip:
