    What really pizzed me off was her starting every scripted response (most of which were outright lies) with "I'm sorry" for this or for that. At one point I told here to stop saying I'm sorry and just answer the questions. What I really wanted to say was "if you say I'm sorry one more time, I swear I will reach thru the phone and pull your azz out through your throat"

    Or how about telling me the truth about where the package was-the terminal saw that so I know she must have seen it too. If they hadnt lied to me in the morning, I could have had the shipper overnight a replacement.

    Oh and the shipper (Xerox) isnt off the hook here either. I placed the order late Friday on 12/1 but as of Monday at 3:30 they hadn't entered it yet. I let them know that we needed the item by Wednesday. well they dragged their feet and shipped it Wednesday from Texas to NH-GROUND. This shipper has no sense of urgency whatsoever and if they had shipped in a timely manner and had it arrive by Wednesday, the customer would not have been without their $45,000.00 print press.

    A plastic 90 degree connector on the snow blower carb is cracked. Just pouring fuel.

    I’m rigged up a stop-gap if needed. Replacement parts on the way...

    Only a couple inches of the white stuff so far. They treated the roads earlier so don't have much sticking and no plows needed - yet.

    Well, first plows coming down the road. Looking at the rear deck, I'm guessing about 3 1/2" so far.....only coming down lightly right now.

    Well you should have just said that, bet she would have understood its meaning, sometimes one shouldn't dance around. I put a guy in personnel on his back doing that along with my finger pointing at his nose.

    Trying as it is at times, you have to keep some sort of professional demeanor-I am still a representative of our company. Even though I didnt outwardly swear or threaten bodily harm, trust me she was well aware that I was pizzed.
