Problem now is that LG is the only one making the panels so there is no competition. Yup, those Sony A1E TVs that are 1K more than LG are the exact same panel.

The only difference is in the electronics for processing and in that area LG is better for some things and Sony is better for other things. Overall, the Sony is not 1K better in any areas.

Also even with LG while staying with the same size, the cheapest version will have the exact same picture quality of the most expensive LG version and that can be more than a 1K difference as well.
So, the OLED65B7A at $2100 (on Black Friday sale) will have the same picture as the OLEDE7P at $3500 (on sale).

I need to see that B7A price drop even more than that to make the change. Might happen when the 2018's come out?

Snowing here. Oil change done. Gave it a rinse with 10w30.....by accident. 5w30 high mileage in there now.

Light snow here. Hardly a dusting so far. Man they sure are pumping up this storm on the WFSB news though. Happens every time it’s the first snow of the season. Comical.

For you maybe, but when it's cold out and sn*w on the ground, this is what I want to watch, waiting for warm weather to come so I can go do it in person:

Lol, speaking from experience?? I doubt it would have made a difference. Probably just a little harder to start when really cold.

ISTR 10w-30 is what champion recommends for thier gennies. BTW Amazon has made good on my charge, now I feel like going the TSC route. I wait for the *zon credit to appear on my Chase account, then pull the trigger again.

Most of the time, it depends on your geographical location. I always ran 5w-30 in the Generac whole house unit, and would recommend the same for our part of the country......full synthetic, of course.

You don't store portable gennies outside so by the time you use the device it is still warm now I put 5w stuff in my snow blower which I do leave outside but I don't use the recoil starter on it except when it is already warm.
