    I need no reminders. Read the report. Since they can't say what an individual med will do it is all a crap shoot. My doses have changed on all of the bp meds I have had. I was ready to punch out my doc when he didn't even want to wait on the last go round. I tend towards the 50 hour half life for the CCB I take 4 or 5 days isn't even close to being right for me. Try 16+ days.

    I was med free until they changed them...... I was close, But just kept an eye on it. Normal was 130/82 and as long as I didn't go 140's/90 doc was ok. Wore a cuff for a while in my mid 40's. MS doc caught a 150/90 and alerted my doc. Had to wear the cuff again. Again I was 130/82 average, But he said new standards require I take a minimal BP med as they'd like it below.........

    Started with 25 mg's of Losartan, But still had high readings so he upped it to 50 mg's. I range 120/70(average) with a low of 110/60. Was so glad, When I finally got to ditch the cuff!!

    Yes, But we only got one reading that low. Of coarse I had to cuff for another week or so.

    I have CRS, It could have been a 75 mg's dosage with the low read???? I think I was on that dosage for a week or 2????

    If I hadn't disobeyed and refused that second doubling of my CCB dosage someone likely would have scrapped me off the floor by now.

    BP meds are about the only thing I'm NOT on. always in the 115/70 range.
