Yep, an awful lot of us have done that. Your little one may not rat you out, but the leftover bark and chips might.:rofl:

    G'day and welcome shapi.
Yep I've loaded wood in the Mrs vehicle, however her vehicle is actually a truck.

I've heard that ice cream can buy silence long enough to get rid of the evidence.

yep... *touch finish there* had wood in the front seat too... back seat and rear cargo area filled to the brim. Daughter along too. So yeah don’t feel left out. papadave I don’t bother getting the back cleaned up of bark and chippings anymore. It’s the hording that can happen at anytime anyways.

Ok this is a great idea. Should have a membership card as long as you have bought swag, commented at least 100 times and been here a year. I’m just regular spitballing now though.

I've had a truck since before I was a wood burner, so I never have had the pleasure of loading the interior of a vehicle with firewood/making spouse angry. I would try to keep the wood low down, especially with little peoples in the car. I've caught an errant round or two in the hand, arm, and leg with wood gently tossed from the back of the truck onto the pile, so I can only imagine how bad it would be in the event of an accident.

Not trying to be that guy, but somethings in life are priceless.:)

If I had to do it, I'd find a tarp and some appropriately cut heavy cardboard for seat and floor protection (that is easily stashed when not in use), and get that wood low next time.
