They have to learn. I am lucky my wife doesn’t give me grief. Taking a 9 year old wood cutting, river crossings.
It’s nice an clean, snow helps , with keeping the bugs away. Keeps the chain at least a foot from the dirt.
The warning sign, river crossing, Tommy knocking the snow down and skinning the lower limbs so I can get in easy to fell. He cut paths and broke trail to each tree. Was big help.
i havent seen snow here at my house but up on the mountain they got 6 inches one day a month or so back
I love the snow. Keeps the bugs away, and helps keep the wood clean. Was a good pleasant day with one of my boys.
i like the snow too but we dont usually get much or if we do its a heavy wet snow not the drier snow like what i saw them get in maine when i spent some time there and it is good you take your son out and let him have some responsibility
It has been better than I have hoped. He has really has enjoyed today. He is proud of the wood he brought home, and is proud, and knows his wood will heat the house. Never thought things would go as well as it did.
That's a good amount and would be great to have a helper. It's great that your son took to it and likes it.
