Set this meal up in the crock pot and went out cutting wood. Came back 6 hours later to a good dinner made.

Just take onions and garlic saute in a pan brown goose breast then throw it all in the crock pot. I added chicken stock and worcestershire. When it falls apart its ready. Drain the pot and add your favorite bbq sauce.

Side note I also made that glass today out of my favorite whiskey bottle.

Nice looking meal right there. Cool glass. Do you score and break the bottle, then heat the edge?

Nope all i do is use a wet tile saw and it cuts the bottle perfectly. Then just sand and smooth the edge.

Me neither, not pulled goose. I do appreciate slow cooker meals though, set it and forget it. You come home later to a ready to eat meal.

Going to have to try this. I can get all the goose breast I want from a buddy. He loves hunting them and is always asking me if I want any.

I once looked up a recipe for goose. It went kind of like this...

In a dutch oven, add 2 stalks celery
    4 carrots
    2 onions
    4 cloves garlic
    salt & pepper
    1 goose
Cook in oven for 2.5 hours at 375
    Dump entire pan into garbage
    Order a pizza

I do the same thing but usually cook it with apple juice. Best way I have made goose, and everyone likes it.
