it's all together now, needing a fresh battery so I can touch it off. I'll do that today. did last leaf pickup, put driveway stakes out, and my 8 to 12 Saturday shift at A1Pellet. hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! Even though the Pilgrims didn't eat any, or invite the Indians to dinner (The story is much different than that!)

Dont do what I did and shut of the fuel after you got it running and then spend 45 minutes looking elsewhere for the reason why it aint running :emb:

That reminds me, I should test run it again just because it started much harder than normal this year. Make sure its still all set.

Also maybe this year I will try the spray on the augers that imacman and bogieb talks about

Tried these a couple times......the 2nd time I remembered why I took them off the 1st time...they suck! Besides not really keeping ice from forming, they act like a wing and lift off the glass while driving highway speeds. :faint:

Did my augers too, but the inside of the blower hood and the chute are the most important parts to spray.....that's where I get the most sn*w sticking.

Thanks, there were times last year that I had wished I had tried the spray-just have to remember to actually pick it up

X2, now I just put on good straight blade wipers before winter (did that last week). Something like these work great all winter and there are no areas to ice up. I use to buy the real expensive ones but trying these this year.

The 22" ones I need are about 9-10 bucks each in-store

We've been using these( Snow Driver Wiper Blades ) in winter. $$ but better than the framed blades. Use the framed cheaper blades in summer and save these for winter only. Get a few season out of a set that way.

Very similar to the Rain-X, at least they look similar.

I have tried the big name ones like Michelin and maybe Bosch but to me they havent held up any better than the 10 dollar ones. I use em till they streak too much and change em. About a year.
