Basically its turning into a a young guys sport. Specially ones that have sponsors lined up to back them. Matt just got phased out by gibs due to sponsorship. He could do another ride, But not nearly as competitive. Obviously still has it!!

Well freed up some space in the garage today got rid of my chicken stuff, an old snowblower, and the recoil start generator. Saturday I took the last three bags of pellets off the pallet I was unloading and put the empty outside. The last smoke detector got replaced today as well. Now to order me a dual fuel generator with push button start.

Of course the weather nuts missed it, it wasn't a large storm they could cry over.

My Son in law has the Big Dog with the 6.7 cummins, great engine if Dodge could build a gearbox that could hang onto it. The tranny burnt up a while back (After the rig was 5 days out of warranty OF COURSE)

Cost him $8 grand to gitterfixed right.

Local offroad 4x4 shop whipped up the magic and added all the fixes and updates to hold onto the big dog.

Nobody....NOBODY builds a great tranny for these pickup diesels.

The Allison is about the closest anyone has gotten so far.

Best thing would be a BABY 13 speed Road ranger to get serious miles with minimal bother OK

Update to tomorrow's outdoor clean-up/put stuff away for winter day....new forecast has hi temp at 54* and sunny. It's also the last 50*+ day I see well into December.
Blowing leaves into the woods, covering the top of the central A/C unit, old mums get recycled in the woods, getting the Caddy car cover washed at the laundromat, & switching out "summer" carpet mats for "winter" ones all on tap. Probably other stuff I will remember tomorrow. Then, when all that's done, a couple Tylenol and :coldone:

They don't even rate as stew birds at their advanced years. Too tough.
