    I drove the first 20 miles to work in snow this morning - and sticking to the roads (well, sticking is not the right word as it would blow off when cars went by). Had a nice cover of snow when I left the house at 4:40 am.

    Frosty out this morning after two days of torrential rain. I think we are back into the rain tomorrow.

    I can finally do it again. For two days now, I have been able to walk 5 km (just over 3 miles) in just over an hour. It has been a year since my foot surgery and a month since the screw was taken out of my foot. It is nice to be able to walk properly again.

    Not a clue. Had 2 MRI's a few weeks ago, have been told very little information.

    Kinda nervous..
    Kinda looking forward to it..

    Been in pain for 7 years now.
