Easy job. Now for the hard bit, getting the Mrs Leoht to help bleed some new fluid trough the break system.

I get to install brakes and rotors on my favorite nephews car today. Last week it was a rubber brake line on my wood beater and a new track bar...need to get someone to help me bleed them. Week before that it was new ball joints on the old beast,,drives like new, now to get it in and get it aligned so it doesn't chew up the new tires.

Pete, I put one of those on our log splitter many moons ago. Still doing fine, but I don't tow it down the road either as a general rule.

I couldn't have my early morning caffeine today.o_O WT_? No breakfast either! Had to fast:picard: for twelve hours before I gave them a little blood work. Hadn't had that done in over five years so doctor wanted to check the levels of several things. Cholesterol, etc.

Glad that fasting bullchit is over! :)

Morning all. Back to work today. Short week because of the long weekend. Lots of rain yesterday but it looks like it will clear somewhat today. Temps were colder this morning on our walk. Got two batches of Christmas cakes made yesterday and I will get another one done tonight. I did all the prep work yesterday so it shouldn't take long to get them in the oven when I get home from work. Finished another sweater project this weekend and very close to finishing another one. Only three more to go. And I can always find more to work on if I cruise through my sewing/craft room.

I fast for at least 12 hours every single day. I try to only eat within a 10-11 hour window. Never have anything before 10AM and try not to after 9PM, for everything except water (including coffee and booze). I cheat a little on the weekends, but usually not past 12 hours. Helps a lot with keeping lean and weight down when I'm not as active as I should be (on the road for work, etc).

It was white here this Am, but as the sun came out, it changed back to dull brown. Here is it 4:30 and pitch black outside. Cold, damp yuk!

you know my dogs feel the same way. They go out, squat and right back in. Then they lay on the floor beside me while I'm on the computer. I have to stop every few minutes and pet, feed treats, etc. At bed time, they follow me into the bedroom. This will go on from now until spring comes.

The day started off with a trip to Dollar General. My wife watches our great-grandson on Mon and Tue. Our granddaughter forgot to load the diaper bag with diapers and I had to get some. My wife said, "Size 4" None of the packets had a boy on the front. I bought Luvs with a girl on the front. Wife said, " doesn't matter." Didn't know. Been a long time since I had to buy diapers.
While I was at the store, I looked for some degreaser for my pressure washer. They had Gunk in a can and I bought it. Sprayed down the engine compartment of my steerer to locate a leak. Got to say, it worked better than I expected. Located the oil leak and will have to replace a hose.
Went to my woods to mark some ash to bring down and also to look at a few widow makers. One I don't know what to do with. The other wouldn't be much of a problem.
Off to shut up shop and make some dinner.

Been a busy day. Went and had blood work done. Then went to Wal-fart and picked up an 18" LED strip light for $8 that I needed for a replacement for my fish tank Hood light. Tired of messing with that and those bulbs. Installed that when I got home. Looks gooder.

Cleaned boiler out and re-fired. Then had my caffeine and breakfast. Moved the rest of the firewood under the porch. Cleaned the bed of the truck off. Then moved several mattresses from camp to the house for wife's family that is coming for Thanksgiving. That was fun by myself. NOT.

Then it was time to try the tractor again. It started right up and after I moved the York rake down to the camp it started to act right up again. Put the backhoe on and it kept acting up. Monkeyed with it for a while, no luck. Done for the day. Mechanic is suppose to come tomorrow. :picard:

You know I guess it isn't a long time. I go from dinner each night about 6:30 until 5:30-6:00 in the morning everyday. Then have my caffeine. That's almost 12. I'm just feeling like whining I guess. I get ticked everytime I think of the work I should be doing with my almost brand new "Toughest tractor on earth."!!!!!! And can't do chit!

I ended up reloading at 21 hours. Not bad for 8-9 month seasoned locust. It doesn't hiss, but I'm sure it' not optimum. Kept the house at a steady 69-70 degrees throughout.
