FINALLY got them out. Ended up having to tweak the supply pressure regulator up to force feed water into the system faster.

Next year imma gut the whole radiant supply system and replace with pex. I have to get into it for a wood boiler heat exchanger so I might as well do it all the way.

I'm starving. All I've had today is a cup of coffee. Got too wrapped up in things and forgot to eat. Happens a lot.

I went out to an errand and pick up something for dinner since I'm flying solo tonight. Holy crap is it cold with the wind. 16 with the windchill.

Quick walk before dinner tonight was chilly. But it made me hungry for dinner! My wife made a beef barley soup and her home made biscuits. She added some Parmesan cheese and a little Old Bay seasoning to the biscuits this time. :faint: Now. Should I skip the brownies my youngest daughter is making?

That's great that you got the air out.

All day on a cup of coffee? I'd be cranky as a wolverine.

I cringe every time I hear the boiler kicking on, stupid procrastination! I should kick my own azz for waiting so long to decide that I needed professional help with the buildup the old owners left me. Maybe I'll do that later

Morning Hoarders, still friggin cold here (13) this a.m.. The ole' 30 digested a nice load of 3 yo Oak between 9 & 6, and left a perfect bed of coals for the re-fire. :coffee: :flipeggs:about to take place, then out to the shop for a few projects. Big 10 football this afternoon. The Boss came home with some really fine looking Chestnuts yesterday so we will have to roast some to watch the game. Everyone stay safe and warm today..............

Too chili for a motorcycle ride, the ski areas aren't open yet, I've just got some leaf raking to do, and then a big crock pot full of beef stew to let simmer.

We have the warmer temps here too. 36 now, compared to teens each of last few morning does make it feel like a heat wave! :)

    Have a good one man.

My sister is going...needs a new wall mount for their Supervent chimney...its stupid, stainless chimney with a steel mount/base. They pulled the cap off the bottom to clean and the ring that holds the cap to the bottom came off with it...rusted out :picard: :headbang:
