Tree Monkey may be able to get on it soon if he's not backed up, and you'll really like how your saw runs when he's done with it. He spends most of his time on OPE. I'm backed up with my real job for another month or so, so I'm not taking much on until winter.

I have a MS 261 that I want done first. I am just starting cutting season here. I mostly cut in the winter, once freeze up happens its way easier to harvest wood. The ice road across the Tanana River Saves about 30 miles one way.

I know mastermind makes a good 261. I think that's what MasterMech has?

huskihl when is winter for you? Today was our last day of fall, last day in the 20's. Tonight will hit below zero, and will be above zero for the highs but forecast has hitting the negatives both high and low by the weekend.

My first wife went to Clemson, I have spent some time. Her apt was in Anderson, I was in the service and spent my time off there. I loved banging around the area, I would wind up in hills in the National Forrest...Good Times! However my now wife is way better! She can run a saw, drive a tractor, hook up a trailer, even nice to look at.:loco:

    Thank you for your service!

I'm guessing that town is pretty small! So are you from AK, or did the service take you there and you stayed? Still in or got out?

I lived in anderson when I went to CU. I also hunted those moutains when I went there. One of my best freinds in college was from up there. Killed my first turkey with him on the National forest. Hunted deer and I think even bear (still hunt) with him. Hunting bear that was was like getting struck by lighting, your not very likely to see or kill one.

Hope this helps.. I have three saws all done by mastermind.. Love them all. I use them all for firewood. Waited almost a year for one. Was sent modified and return when promised. I've had others comment on how they run. I just smile:D
