    Hello
Starting to go thru this mini trailer and found the bearings a little tight.
See video and what would you recommend?

Disassemble, clean, repack bearings correctly, reassemble correctly setting bearing preload.

Pull the cotter pin , remove nut
    Pull the hub
    Check bearings, if dry /rusty
Replace them (take to auto parts store to get right size, few buck each)

    If Tight & dirty grease
May just soak overnight in gas
Clean /repack with grease & put back together

    Hello
Looks like after the cap fell off a lot of dirt got inside but it was never really used since the owner never registered it. So we will clean the bearings with gas and grease them back up. I have the red high temp grease.
Also gave it a primer coat using Very High Temp flat black header paint and a finish coat of high temp satin black stove bright!

Does the hub have a grease zerk?
If yes, pump some in after it’s back together
Try to get some grease smushed into the rollers of the bearing, not just on the outside for durability
Looks like you scored a nice trailer
    that just need some TLC

Yes, i'd put some "bearing buddy's" instead of regular caps. That way you can pump grease into them and they constantly get grease through the bearings.

Funny you should say that, I just did it!
Also got some pressure treated wood and started the build. :)

I have found that a few drinks at a nice place always is good to loosen things up.....

Thanks just got the PT 2x4 and 2x6 in to hold the PT 1/2” subfloor in. Now we are notching the PT 3/4” floor for the side rails.
We used 3/8” lag bolts 1/1-2” long with washers and lock washers to bolt the 2 bys to the frame and 2-1/4 inch galvanized deck screws to screw the floor thru thesub floor into the 2 bys :)
    How is it looking now?

    Looking good.
Will you use it on the highway or just around the yard?

    Good Idea!
After the sides are in, I can put cement board on the floor and make a tiled hearth! Install a deep cycle marine battery and a Surefire inverter,
Great for county fairs so I can show what I sell and also good for camping! No need for firewood, just press the on/off button!

Floor is notched and screwed down, and the 1x4 verticals are bolted in. The bolts are held with nylon Metal nuts washers and lock washers so they will never loosen. Next is the 1x4s for the side rails. :)

Some KY always works well to lube things up. Oh you mean real a real ball bearing. My bad.
