Well I think I got conned by my daughter to redo their bathroom floor with ceramic tile! Never done tile before but I did stay at a Holiday Inn once! Currently has 1ft. Square stick down linoleum I believe. How hard is that to take up? Anything to watch out for? Any advice besides hiring it done, which I will probably wish I did! Small bathroom probably less than 100 sq. feet. Gary
Ya, I was hoping that would work. My SIL was supposed to try it to see how hard they came up, but haven't heard anything yet. Gary
I've pulled up 40 year old office tile that was glued down proper using that method. Once you get the first one up it should go pretty easy.
Is there still time to try to change her mind? Vinyl planking is some stuff I've had very good results with; working with it is a breeze! Goes together just like laminate flooring.
I think I need to leave this thread, if my wife thinks I know how to do the floor in the bathroom she'll want it redone. It's only 25 years new. If she asks, I was never here.
