The fireplace is on low (but heats the place up FAST).....not a single Trick or Treater. Last year only had 4.

Grandchildren and some of their friends. They went to some "truck or treat" thing. Seems to be something new where the parents have better supervision.

It is called trunk or treat, yes much more control for the parents.

Same here...no trick or treaters except for the next door neighbors and they are now older.

Still no cable, internet or phone so I am watching this series from the beginning that I have on DVD. I bought it a few years ago for about 20 bucks during holiday sales. I have actually seen the whole series but it was so long ago that I dont remember most of it-its the series that began the bad azz cop show and is way better than current shows.

Got cable back last night and my honey got power back last night as well.

Unfortunately one of the 2 guinea pigs her 14 year old daughter got for her birthday 2 weeks ago died. Wasnt cold temp related as it wasnt that cold. It didnt seem well when they got home from work/school and then died shortly after. So, they get one thing back and another taken away....rough week.
