IMG_2054.JPG Here's some of the wood to move in, although most of this is for the following two winters. I ran out of daylight before I made it over to where the bulk of the wood for this winter is stacked.

I've had some motivation from here to go from a two year plan to the three year plan. Almost there, especially if the mild winters continue.

Thanks for sharin the project. Great job on it. I need to do this to replace a shelter logic tent behind my garage which stores my mowers/tiller/splitter etc. Good inspiration.

Here's this winter's woodpile. Just over 5 cord in the first pile, and just under 3 cord in the second. The first pile is Black Cherry and Ash, and the second pile is Sugar Maple. All cut three years ago to clear a fence line from shading a neighbor's solar farm (bottom pic is the second pile again, just to show a few of the panels.

IMG_2117.JPG Here's a final pic. There was 4+ cord in there plus a parking spot for her 4-wheeler. Very happy overall. Needs a light, and I'll finish off the front if I ever catch up with getting ready for winter. Darn day job keeps getting in the way.

The fabric on the sides is shadi-dry, a breathable mesh. Held on with screws and fender washers. Will probably come down in the summers. Meant to keep snow from blowing in.
