I was gonna......but then..... I mentioned it to a local cop about three years ago when we stopped for lunch at a restaurant. They were just about to leave as we had just sat down. Where you going so quick I asked? He must've read my mind and answered without missing a beat, fresh donuts on the other end of town!
Go out and shoot with them. A few deputies use my range so I get to shoot some of their fun stuff. ( I guess since I'm a taxpayer it's "our stuff") Back on topic, cute kid.
My buddy on the sheriff dept was directing traffic for a Trump rally last year. We had gone shopping near the venue and picked up a box of doughnuts from Dunkins. When we saw him, we offered him one, yelling loudly across a lane of traffic in front of some of his coworkers. Normally, he's not one to pass on such an offer. He yelled back "NO, GO AWAY"! We (my family) still laugh about it.
