What I'm looking at is the below freezing night temps from now until November 4TH. As long as we don't get a hard freeze I can hold off on winterizing the boat and fish the non rainy warmer days. :D

We'll do honey do list chit on dem rainy days..............

Sunday forecast keeps changing. Was suppose to hold off until evening but now it is changing to earlier. Really hoping it holds off as soccer playoffs are in Brunswick Sunday. Morning and afternoon games. Looks like I wont be at these games though as they are going up Sat night and I will likely have dog sitting duty.

Was by Wally World in Rochester-they seem loaded up with mostly Northeast Pellets from Maine and some of what looked like Maines Choice-from what I could see I would say 4-1 of NE vs what they have of MC. I didnt go inside so I dont know $$

Well I don't do gutter cleaning either. Rarely see any leaves in them. I keep looking. Gutter on one side has no end caps or downspouts and the other side has mostly evergreen trees. I drained and put away the garden hoses. Another easy day trying hard not to push the BP too much.

Anyone recall a stove where the auger was creating harmonics and waking his family up every night? Yep, it's happened here a time or two before, but several times tonight. It's not too loud thankfully. I'm running it at a higher setting than normal (medium high), warming the whole house back up after it getting REALLY cool last night today. Its back down to medium setting and the noise is subsiding. Interesting stuff!!

Carbon buildup can do that. But that would only happen with a bottom feed stove.

That burned on black crud like the stuff we scrape off the burn pot? That is on what I can see of the auger, that must be it! (yes, bottom feed stove).
