Never said I haven't chit myself. Its just not a regular occurrence. Yet.

 

Nice trucks! Congrats to you both, see a lot of them in town here. When I grow up and get rid of the kids, I want another truck.

New(er) vehicle here is still a ways off, w/ one of the ladies (Natalie) recently back home after college & starting her career / saving up for an apartment, and other (Emily) in her Senior year @ UNH.

I just finished running new rear brake lines on a '96 Camry EX v6 I picked up for $250 on CL about 3 weeks ago - motor and frame are in great shape: just a few minor items left b4 it takes a Sticker. It's been my current 'hobby' the past few weeks.

Natalie was helping me 2-man bleed the brake system Monday evening, before the rains started here. I've been enjoying getting this old ride back into shape, it's been taking some of the 'sting' away, about having to let the Taurus go.

Having the v6 motor, this Camry will become the new 'pellet hauler' here.

Thanks for the congrats and wishes. I bought home Texas Roadhouse for supper, gave her flowers and a card. She has sciatica so not moving much for now. Started on Prednisone today so maybe she'll be better in a few days.

No conflict - if you can't give them an A+, they want to know why and what they can do better - and see if there is anything they can do before you score them if there is a complaint (and keep in mind, scoring the dealer is different than scoring the product).

Almost all sellers do that (even Amazon and Ebay sellers ask you to contact them first if you can't give them 5 stars). Those that don't, really don't care what their score is and are only out to make money.

 

Coldest temps we've had since Sunday morning - at 55* . I want at least another month of the weather we've been having 9except the 3 days in a row of rain - one day of a nice soaking rain is good per week).

 

46* here right now. Had incredible rain Tuesday afternoon when the cold front came through.

Hope the missus feels better soon. This weather messes with me big time as well and I actually thought of calling the doc yesterday for predisone but will hold off for now.

 

Problem with this is when unreasonable customers use things like surveys, Yelp, etc to try and bully/abuse the company to get what they want and do not truly deserve.

 

Now that takes me back to the times when I was a cub.
