Some very bad storms blew though this area. We had some really heavy rains this evening, high winds and a tornado watch. At one point I was getting ready to head under the house for cover. When I say I got scared I mean it. Seems the worst is passing and the tornado watch is lifted. I put on the EMT radio thinking that if someone spott4ed a tornado on the ground it would be relayed to the EMT service. You don't need an actual radio, there are sites that do live streams through the net. I also had the power to blink off a few times. Currently power is on, a small fire in the stove to take the chill off, and I am fed.

If there is loss of power I got a generator, it won't be cold enough to start a fire, been really warm for the last week or so, I think the rain will bring some cooler temps see what happens
