    Ugh, what a long azz day. Out far earlier than I normally am to drive 1.5 hours to work a trade show all day. 7 hours in dress shoes standing on concrete floors feels great! My damm toes were starting to go numb at the end. Hopefully it will be worth it!

    Bucked up several logs today. Got about 3 dozen rounds out of them. Split and sacked them.
    Going out to friends tomorrow to test drive a 254. Seriously thinking about purchasing one, not his, but should give me a pretty good idea of the saw's performance.

    Couple hard frosts froze most stuff here, but its been an odd warm Oct here too. What was it, 2013/14 for the Polar Vortex? Opposite of that this year.

    Caffeine going in. Wife gone a few days so I have to referee the kids. :BrianK: One advantage is I had to take a couple days off to do that. So I get to work outside on the barn while they are at school. And the weather is beautiful. :)

    I got a rare full nights sleep, woke up with a limp because my left foot is totally jacked up from yesterday. I left the calendar open today to catch up from yesterday, then hopefully I will be able to mail it in for the afternoon. Maybe I will take a ride and try and run Midwinter out of the dump.

    Watch out, I'm like a junkyard dog!
    They've been trucking out the brush and wood this week, one dump truck going back and forth, so pretty slowly. They're uncovering old stuff, but it's dirty, and hard to tell what it is. I go for the freshly dumped stuff.
