    The road in kinda sucks
    6 miles, dirt road
    Gets pretty narrow in spots
    Ruts & pot holes
    Takes me 30 min to come out the 6 miles loaded

    6th load
    Should be enough
    Have about a 3 cord cushion for this season

    Will split & stack then see if I need more
    Can always get a couple loads in the spring

    :thumbs: The bugs didn't show up :thumbs:
    Hands got cold at first.
    The first hour or so , I was letting the saw idle & warming my finger tips in the exhausts
    every 10 minutes.

    Got in the high 20°s after the sun was out a while, good working temp

    Yes. I cherry picked mostly straight & few limbs too.
    Nice to get into a new area early,
    before it's picked over

    Splitting will tell how good I am at picking straight grained trees
