    We got the stairs up to the cabin yesterday. No pics tho. It seems that when I put tools I need for a job up there, in a 5 gal bucket... you know, so I don't forget anything... I really ought to remember to put the bucket in the truck... :headbang:.......... :picard:

    Not far... an hour drive. Oh yeah, this wasn't the first time I impressed myself with how well I plan. These days, I almost expect it. That oh chit feeling even hit me as I was walking out of the cabin to get that bucket (in the truck)... couldn't quite remember loading it. Imagine that ... :rofl: :lol:

    Stinny look at the bright side everything you need to do the job is in 1 place... this never happens to me why I have 6 yes 6 faucet wrenches. for 15 bucks I'm not driving 2 hours to get mine so i buy another.. for those that don't know a faucet wrench is kind of an adjustable wrench on a 10 inch handle to get the nuts at back of sink bowl...

    The county I live in turns into one gigantic yard sale for the next 10 days. Traffic gets so bad they have to close schools because they can't get the busses down the back roads.

    Didn't sleep well last night. First it was too hot in the house but I slept only about an hour then woke up. 4 hours later I was still awake but did get a couple hours in before getting up. Now we have to go to the big city this afternoon. Hope I can stay awake.

    The "tampon" test is a long standing tongue in cheek test that the women in my extended family give to any perspective "serious" boyfriend. Ask him to pick up some tampons, if he balks...it's not a good sign, doesn't mean he's eliminated but it's definitely a black mark.
