    That looks really good! Im hoping to do a boys fall fly fishing trip and this would be a hit. I will have to try it at home first to make sure I get it right. Im not sure it will taste as good made on my house stove as it would in the bush with a few pine needles in it!

    I have never eaten a big lobster that wasn't dry in the claw and very tough. one to two pounds is just right for me.

    Havent checked in on this thread for a bit so my praise is over due but dang thats a nice picture. Looks like a good selection. Ive seen you cook in that unit quite a bit. Is it fair to say that they are mostly smoked? If so what kind of smoke did you use for this one?

    Just put these two chuck Roast in the roaster pan... put onions, mushrooms, garlic in there with some beef broth...and covered with tin foil... for about 4 more hours....
