A nice weather morning here. The rain is suppose to start this afternoon. I'm hoping it holds off until 3 or 4 at least. Off to do more work on the trails. Have fun today firewood hoarders.

Wow. Sounds like you were lucky, but not lucky. I hope this does no lasting damage to those knees.

Cold clear morning. campinspecter heading out for more firewood gathering. I am being slow this morning so I didn't get the walk in. I will get the sheets out on the line for campinspecter this morning before I leave for work. Halfway through the week and a long weekend coming up. Doesn't get much better than that.

I uncrossed my legs while sitting on my desk stool. One fell swoop, shoe caught phone charger, took down my coffee cup, spilled on my cell phone, computer keyboard and tv remote, splattered on the floor and the cup broke. Yep, I can do all of that at once just by adjusting my sitting position :wacky:

Where's the "take a bow" emojie?

    Thanks you.

Yes, I can just about stand up straight again. Still stiff and getting up from seated position is hard most times. When I start to walk, it's always with a hitch in the get-along, but that kinda evens out shortly until almost nothing is noticed. (Yeah, right)

Taking a low level trail and making it a little higher today. The tractor is getting a work out.
Stumps! Aye yi yi! Here is a nice load of dirt/sod going from beside the trail onto the trail. IMG_3313.JPG

99 lbs managed to spill a little coffee from the cup holder in her camry next to the shifter. (Which, of course, are both in the console.)

"Why is it so hard to shift my car?" she asks.

What had happened is some shield buckled up just underneath the console but above the shifter and gummed up the movement of the shifter. Taken care of and learned a lesson.

She learned to be a bit more careful with full beverage cups.

I learned that I'm glad it wasn't me that caused it......

One of the logs I found today. I managed not to rock the chain while cutting the rounds!

Drove to Plymouth, MA today from NE Ohio. Having dinner at the Cabby Shack. Pretty chill place.

scary chit, but no, most people dont slowdown or move over. Glad to hear youre ok XJ, that could have been so much worse. Working in the breakdown lane is the single thing that I miss the least about driving big wreckers.

    You. Yes you !!
Go sit in the corner until I figure out your appropriate punishment. Dissention carries a stiff penalty.

:picard:Ugggh, I hate to be that guy, but I smoked out the canyon tonight.
Stove was cold, I got it going but added too much slab wood before I had a decent coal/heat bed.
I looked out the window and thought it was foggy. Nope, it was me, stack was billowing smoke.
Took 20-25 minutes to get a clean burn, but I'm kinda embarrassed about this.
I feel like a newb. :picard:
