Close - pumpkin bread coma - ate a whole loaf when I got home this afternoon. Slathered each slice with butter and maple syrup. True, it was only one of the small pans from a bake sale, but still way more flour and sugar than I'm used to :picard:

Picture this (because it was out of reach of the flash on my phone)... dark on the street, and my wife notices 2 does walking on our street...in TOWN!
One is limping, keeping left rear leg from touching the road.... sad, but I can’t rightly put it out of its misery in the middle of town:confused:
    Crazy.

My wife made a home made broccoli and cheese soup for dinner. And breaded haddock fish filets with seasoned curly fries I bought at the supermarket in the frozen section.

So we all had a cup of soup. I said to her, "What happened to the broccoli?" She said she was told if you cut it up small it might help with the rather loud strange noises that seem to follow me around afterwards. :picard:Then she said some people will even purée it. But I just chopped it up small for ya.

So everything was delicious and I went up to visit my Mom and Dad for an hour and a half after dinner. Then returned to our house and talked with my wife who was watching TV. Kids were already upstairs getting ready for bed. Lots of outside activities has them tired out.

Anywho, as I was getting a nice cold drink of ice water for myself I noticed as I opened the refrigerator doors they made these long, drawn out explosive sounds when they moved. What the heck? I told her she better call the repair guy, again. Not sure if that smaller broccoli is working.:emb:

Just got back from looking at a couple used Hardy H4 stoves. Agreed to buy both.:whistle:o_O:loco:

2 stoves, 4 heat exchangers, 2 radiators and 200 plus feet of insulated Pex homeowner never buried it. I'll be documenting the install once I start.

Got back from cheddarland. Going camping for 3 days tomorrow. Then hopefully some deer hunting. It hasn't rained in 2 months but it's supposed to the first chance I get to hunt.

One is a 93 and the other one is 01. The 93 could use an insulation kit and that's about it. The 01 has been sitting a while; it needs a blower motor, insulation kit, door gasket and other small TLC stuff. These things are pretty simple the more I looked at them. Both are leak free, fireboxes look good and have good grates. Outside covers have some dents and such, but it's expected with a used stove. I'll install one and keep the other one on hand till I'm ready to sell it. I'll probably upgrade to a gasifier down the road, but these should perform fine for the time being.

    Morning.

Laid in bed for almost 1 1/2 hours before I remembered this place.

Haircut and brake job today. I need both badly.

Sad to see that, probably ruined the front end of someone's car though.

    This could help....

I made these Adirondack chairs for my daughter. I really like the color she picked out. My next project is to build a sign for the cemetery.

Very nice work! Is that a dark stain or a paint?

Almost looks like the Dark Oak stain I put on my barn.
