my doctor told me i have heart disease and degenerative vertebra in my back and that it is going to get progressively worse over time.

damm Jake, that's tough news. Sounds like some serious changes are in order.

 

hereditary in my family grandpa had heart disease and my dad has it. my grandpa had spina bifada also.

 

I'm doing great, just relaxing now with the kids.

 

Almost as relaxing as staying home. Camping 5 miles away from home is more work than it's worth. But hey, that's where the shindig was

 

I only like to work 36 hrs a week, I usually only have to work 44 hrs once in a while. I have learned that I would rather have my time then there money, I do things now that I like to do. I am a lucky guy though

 

Lol yep that can be a pita, but it does get ya out of the house.

How bad was the test to see if it would work?

 

nothing i can do but take medication to keep my heart from acting up.
he put me on furosemide and carvedilol to keep my blood pressure down on my heart and to keep fluid from building around it.

 

My hammer toe is flaring up.

Doc mention diet change, exercise, or other stuffs? Wifey is an rn so I get the full schpeel.
