I have heard that some women don't care for the colloquialism that AvE uses but I find it amusing. Anyway, I was surprised at the outcome.

Up to this point, I never would have combined Harbor Freight and high quality power tool in the same sentence. That's pretty impressive.

    X2! I'm shocked that it's so strong a tool.

I find him obnoxious, didn't even watch half the video. It's hardly colloquialism, it's cussing and trying to be funny which he isn't.

OK. However, there are not many that actually tear down new tools to let you know if they are good tools or just a pile of ....... and he does it with all brands. The tools are donated in the end, he gives the tools away to those that support the project. These are honest ratings unlike many others that are supported by the manufacturers. In this video he points out two weaknesses with the tool, the switch/speed control and the reverse switch. However, the tool did perform the job; removing a bolt that was torqued to over 500 lbs-ft of torque.

He used the word "chooch" when describing the trigger electronics.

Not really surprised the foreign companies are excellent at copying technology and making it cheaper, especially when they do zero R&D

Edit; I would bet Dewalt parts would interchange with theirs.

In the video he points out the tool was made in Taiwan which may be the difference from tools we see made in mainland China.

Yes, the US stupidly handed China all the technology. Those responsible for this should be shot; just my honest opinion. When I ran a computer build business years ago, I was forbidden to ship any computers to China. The US made China a super economy and thus a super military power that is now threatening to take over the south China seas. However, I am getting too political here.
