Once again, the HF Electric splitter is on offer.

I got a catalouge from Harbour Freight and once again the 5 ton HF electric splitter is on offer for $229.99. Not a bad price at all. Here is a copy of the coupon. I have also just gave them the number and they would enter it into the register.

Yes, the basic working part is the same; wheels might be different and different "wings" etc. I am really happy with my SpeeCo, I split a lot of poplar with it today.

 

I have the homelite version.
The only real difference is the motor and frame .
Some can have legs you can add so you don't work hunched over.
My homelite has beffy wheels and axle, the HF ones look cheaper

They also change the tonnage rating, but they all have the same pump as far as I know
