The 90 degree weather ended finally and last night was cool wet and breezy so brought in a bucket O uglies and had the first fire of the season!!!!:D:dex: IMG_1647.JPG IMG_1650.JPG Got to test out the new to me $24 eco fan I picked up which was fun.
This morning got 45 minutes of splitting and stacking in before breakfast. :axe::stacke::flipeggs: IMG_1651.JPG Still pretty dark around 650 am, but what can you do . Goal of the day is to get a pile of rounds I've got split because tommorrow I've got an ash tree to take care of for my dads neighbor so stay tuned!!!:binoculars:

Way to get after it! The first couple "get the chill out" fires are my favorite!
Looking forward to thread on that ash tree too!

Nice work J. Dirt but you won't catch me splitting wood before breakfast!

As for the fire, we too had a short fire this morning with the temperature bottoming out in the upper 30's.

I see that. I'm not all that old, but to be 31 again, yeah. I mean, I still get after it, but I wait until it's colder out. I hate sweating.
