    Wow...

    Second morning with a fire going.

    Had the stove on yesterday and then off for a while, then back on and with some afternoon clearing it got a tad too warm so we left it off through the night.

    64 F in here this morning so built a fire .

    Next week is forecast to be back in the high 70 F and maybe 80 F for a couple days.

    Hey Larry what chacha going to do for exercise, since all by itself, it can shave 14 points or more of that upper BP number. I move canning jars one at a time going up and down the stairs or take a walk to the mail box and back.

    Not sure, no wounds, but my daughter says there look like a small scratch on my shin. I think the problem was for venous stasis due to pitting edema. I started pulling of fluid with my diuretics and pulled off 12 lbs in the past two days. Not so short of breath now. I told all of this to the doctor. I'm not at all hungry.

    No visable break in the skin, so if this redness etc responds to the meds, I'll be able to return to the pool by the first of next week.
