Actually had a phone conversation with a customer representative I had never met or talked to before as he was explaining what they needed from me /us prior to shipping a product.

Him: You probably hate me already after hearing all that.
Me: Don't flatter yourself, I'm an equal opportunity hater and hate everyone.

    :D

Met up with daffonce this morning and split a pallet of SPs. These were a nice early-buy deal at $224 per ton. Sorry bogieb.

Yep 30 more bags in the bunker. At 7.5 tons right now 1.2 more awaiting pickup. Stash is spruce pointe blazer vandie and 5 bags of oakie golds. Also have a treat for tt 5 bags of north americans, they have nearly enough ash to fill his p69's ash pan i bet.

We have an internal motto at work that can keep things light at times. "We're not happy until you're not happy"

Long Pond in CT still has Sets, stored inside @ $259 and will pick mine up next week. Priceless. And I am done for the season.

Noticed that the Agway was actually below $300/ton yesterday. However, at $250/ton for "Agway" brand I have no idea what is in there. Probably NEWPs since the plant isn't very far away.

Could also be Hamers. Can't easily tell due to the UPC being a generic Agway, But burning some should tell. Even if they are NEWP's they are likely the NH plant which are the best of NEWP's IMHO.

I gotta go by the Torrington Agway sometime mid week. Must check to see their prices. I doubt they will have anything near the $229 price tag though! :(

I was talking about my local Agway - which instantly rules out Hamer's (because that just ain't happening like it does for you guys further south and west ). And, if they are NEWPs. at least the price is under the $280-$300 they have been wanting for them the last 3 years.
