    That is a thermocouple not the igniter. That senses proof of fire. That looks to be fine but if you had to replace it that's about $25 but you don't look to need it.

    Pellet stoves are mainly room heater and not meant to heat a whole home (depending on size). Can it be done? Yes, but it's very difficult to move the air around the house. This isn't going to be a basement install is it?

    Other than MAYBE the door gasket (7/8"), they unfortunately are not going to have what you need (at least my stores don't)
