    True story, police got a call, neighbor called, said shots fired next door, upon arrival officers found a lawn mower in a pool of oil, the man at the residence had put two rounds from his 357 into his lawn mower, when asked why he did it he said, damm thing wouldn't start

    Unless he dug all the contaminated soil up there would be a pollution issue as well.
