Our wind amounted to nothing bad. No damage at all. Rain quit earlier and I and my wife were actually able to do a little more work outside. Rain just returned about 15 minutes ago. A decent rain, but doesn't look like it will last too long.

We left Syracuse today and the temp was 90, we hit the cold front on route 81 and boy did it pour. We were doing around 45 in a 65 mph zone and it was real tough to see but it wasn't safe to pull off the road. We caught the news when we got home, one person died in a accident someplace behind us. I checked the rain gauge when we got home, we only received half an inch. It did rain again but nothing real hard.
Had my wife's grandmother's funeral today (101 yo) it started raining buckets just as we were ready to go to the cars for the procession, I was soaked by the time I got my wife & mother in law to the car even with an umbrella. 20 mile ride to the cemetery and it poured until we got there but just as we pulled in the sun came out, thank God.
Sorry for your loss Locust Post. Glad the sun eventually came out. We're under a severe thunderstorm warning, been getting windy and the lightening is getting intense.
