    gbreda Well, in my opinion, it was worth it to me to pay the extra $$, since my younger daughter had never been to anything like it.....she loved it! If the "extras" don't mean much to you, save the $$. It was hot the day we went, plus a few showers went through. We made good use of the food tent and adult beverages too.

    Went out to lunch with my son in-law. It was our get together to wish him well. He leaves for deployment for Kabul Afghanistan. Flight leaves Saturday morning, same day daughter #2 gets married. When he returns next year, he goes to Boston to attend the military war college. That will be another year. Both of their kids are in college. Mind you he is in the national guard. Giving up a lot to serve.
