Foggy morning again today. Yesterday we went down to Telegraph Cove for lunch and the sun came out. Really nice afternoon around here and the Blue Jays won their game! I am actually getting projects done in the sewing room. Whoo Hoo! The best part is that I can find my way out. :D

We had another foggy morning yesterday, that makes three in August.

More trees are turning so the leaf peeping season will be early this year in this part of the country.

I always look forward to the fall when the trees start to change. I have one tree where the tips are already changing. It's a little early

We have trees changing here as well but I think it is due to the dryness of the summer rather than fall approaching.

Multiquote is quotes nested inside of quotes. Two reason we don't have it: no one has ever asked for it, and it can make it tough to follow the quote trail and tell who is replying to who.

I mowed my lawn tonight with my Dad's gt17 he gave me.

Working on installing Ubuntu ( Linux) on my Asus laptop. I replaced the faulty hard drive the other day. It's getting there. Stupid BIOS boot log crap. Also getting there with my motor swap on my TL1000S. Looks like tomorrow will be the day for my buddy to swing by after work to help me get the motor lifted onto the back lower mount.

I also sprayed the ground bee nest on the corner of my land.

Does anyone know a good day way to find lot corner markers? I can assume a good would find them, or a metal detector to find the posts?

The local utility cut scrub trees , sumac and a couple of black walnut that were good enough for firewood use. However our neighbors have no idea where there land is, and since we're newer residents, I'd rather simply know exactly where the corners are than just assume.

What doesn't help is that how our land sits, our backyard neighbors are in a different town. My lot is baseball field shaped since we live on a court or cul de sac. So we have 7 neighbor lots and we are going to plant shrubs, bushes that won't grow tall enough to ever be an issue for the overhead utilities, but provide more privacy, and hopefully some flowers. I'm thinking Rose of Sharon for blooms. Also, my wood shed I'll be building will go against said back lot line. So that will be a 30 foot long " fence" and wood shed.

Rain has fallen, lawns have been mowed, and beer has been drank.
